A grand entrance welcoming tenants and guests with comfortable places to sit, sip coffee, take a meeting, grab a bite to eat, access an unparalleled retail experience, or simply enjoy the majestic interior light that streams from Company’s iconic atrium. The lobby at Company is a place to pause—an oasis directly above iconic Grand Central Station and the center of our city.

The Bar

This one is pretty straightforward. We've built a beautiful bar where Company members can come together for a well earned drink.

The Coffee Shop

Coffee is the fuel of the innovation economy. “Getting a coffee” is about much more than just choice beans expertly roasted and prepared. Getting a coffee is a feeling, an event, an experience. It’s a way to take a break or take a meeting. It’s a way to relate, discuss, collaborate or simply find your inspiration.

Retail Cooperative

Exciting, emerging retailers smartly intermingled with green juice, high-end coffee and small-bites all collectively delivering a refreshing shopping experience found nowhere else in Midtown. Flowing seamlessly into the Lobby Lounge, our marketplace boasts large open floor plans and a downtown vibe sure to appeal to the modern worker.

The Marketplace

Complementing the Coffee Shop and Retail Co-Op, Company's Marketplace rounds out the Lobby's offerings with a range of fresh and delicious meals and snacks crafted with the modern worker in mind. Serving breakfast and lunch during the day, the space transforms into a lobby bar in the evening.

Company Amphitheater

The Amphitheater serves as the center of Company's programming. Featuring Grand Central Station as the backdrop, sweeping high ceilings, and custom Spanish steps, the Amphitheater is the perfect venue to be inspired by our esteemed guest speakers or host your team's own event.

The Perch

A double-height, glass-enclosed library built into the atrium, The Perch is a place to work away from work—a setting in which founders can connect with each other and their VIP guests.

The Commons

Cafeteria, meeting space, event space, and general recreation area, The Commons on 7 is the heart of the Company community. The Commons also features the Vanderbilt Room, a bespoke space for intimate, high-end presentations and board meetings.

The Terrace

A place to stretch out and enjoy some fresh air, members can use The Terrace to meet, eat, drink, work, socialize, or just take a break to appreciate the spectacular view over Grand Central Station.

Gym & Wellness Center

Featuring a pool, a spa, high-end locker rooms, on-site laundry service, and myriad fitness rooms equally enticing for the solo- practitioner and the class-a-holic, this massive complex is so much more than a beautiful place to work out. The Company Gym & Wellness Center is a home base for the worker on the go and a comprehensive center for self-care.
